Silent Script — Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, obtaining a key for, executing, or otherwise using Silent Script in any form, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, your only option is to stop using the Script immediately and delete all copies of it.

02 Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country to enter into a binding agreement, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Script you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Script on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for ensuring they also agree to these Terms.

03 “As Is” — No Warranty

The Script is provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Script will function correctly, be free of bugs, be available at any given time, or be compatible with any particular game, executor, or device.

04 Assumption of Risk

You use Silent Script entirely at your own risk. You accept full and sole responsibility for any and all consequences that result from using it, including but not limited to account bans, account termination, loss of virtual items, data loss, device issues, or any other damage of any kind. You acknowledge that using script executors and exploits carries inherent risk.

05 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, the creators, developers, distributors, and anyone associated with Silent Script shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Script. This includes damages for account loss, banned accounts, lost data, lost profits, or any other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

06 User Responsibility and Conduct

You are solely and fully responsible for how you choose to use Silent Script. You agree that:

• You will only use the Script on servers you own or have explicit permission to use it on.
• You will not use the Script to harm, harass, exploit, scam, ruin, or otherwise negatively affect the experience of other players.
• You will not use the Script for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others.
• Any action you take while using the Script is your own decision and your own responsibility.

We do not condone, encourage, or endorse the misuse of this Script in any way. The actions of any individual User are the responsibility of that User alone, and not of the creators or distributors.

07 No Responsibility for the Actions of Others

Silent Script is a tool. We are not responsible for, and cannot be held liable for, the actions, decisions, or conduct of any User or third party who uses the Script. Any misuse by another person is their own responsibility. By using the Script you agree that you will not hold us accountable for anything done by any other User.

08 Third-Party Code and External Sources

The Script may load, fetch, or execute code from external or third-party sources at runtime. We do not own or control these third-party sources and are not responsible for their content, behavior, availability, security, or any changes made to them. Your use of any third-party code is at your own risk.

09 No Affiliation with Roblox

Silent Script is an independent project. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Roblox’s own Terms of Service and rules apply to your account independently of these Terms, and any violation of them is your responsibility alone.

10 Risk of Bans and Penalties

You understand and accept that the use of script executors, exploits, and similar tools may violate the terms of service of Roblox or other platforms, and may result in warnings, suspensions, temporary bans, or permanent termination of your account. We are not responsible or liable for any punishment, ban, or penalty applied to your account, and no refunds will be given as a result of any such action.

11 Keys and Access

Where a key system is used, keys may be single-use, time-limited, and/or tied to your account or device. You agree that:

• You will not share, sell, leak, resell, or distribute your key.
• Abusing, sharing, or attempting to bypass the key system may result in the loss of your access with no refund.
• We reserve the right to revoke access to any User at any time, for any reason, without notice.

12 Intellectual Property and Redistribution

Silent Script and all associated content remain the property of their creators. You may NOT resell, redistribute, rehost, modify and redistribute, reverse engineer for redistribution, or claim Silent Script (in whole or in part) as your own without express written permission. Unauthorized distribution may result in loss of access and other consequences.

13 No Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all access, keys, or purchases (if any) are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes situations where access is lost due to a ban, key misuse, or a violation of these Terms.

14 Changes to the Script and Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Script (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Script after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Silent Script at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, you must stop using the Script and delete all copies in your possession.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creators, developers, and distributors of Silent Script from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Script, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

17 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Silent Script and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

19 Acknowledgement

By downloading, executing, or continuing to use Silent Script, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, that you agree to them in full, and that you take complete and sole responsibility for your own actions and for any consequences that result from your use of the Script.
